RE:RE:The Achilles' Heel of Copper Fox Metals Inc.

RE:RE:The Achilles' Heel of Copper Fox Metals Inc.MoneyK, there are different ways to take legal action about CUU.  Suing is one option.  You can also contact the IIROC and provincial regulators, and denounce CUU in a formal complaint.  Another choice is to form a group of shareholders and demand that control of the firm comes to your majority group instead of Ernesto in the name of the good governance of the company.  You can have a lawyer explain to you what is legal or not about the firm, and warn CUU of its legal obligations, if they are committing an illegal act, etc.  Tomorrow will probably decide if the shareholders who are mad at Ernesto will want to force CUU to act on the waiver.  Questions will be asked at the AGM that will satisfy them or not.  However, if the waiver stands, it will totally infuriate them, that is for sure.

As for insider information, you can get access to it yourself: just phone the secretary and public relations officer and ask tough questions directly to her, and interpret her answers to you.  Moreover, you can have a private phone call or meeting with the CEO, and deduct what will transpire at the AGM, etc.  Elmer has always been very keen to discuss with us but after a while, as one other member on Stockhouse wrote recently, you can filter his answers and get a sense of what is happening, or not.  Like saying that the Schaft Creek joint venture results are great and imminent, coming in the next few weeks, since December 2019...

Now, if you ask some big investors with millions of CUU shares if things will move up or if the stock price might finally rise, and they tell you "no, not before 24 months or so," well that is an opinion that could prove correct in the end too.

Thus, you have a lot of insider knowledge available to you when nothing happens, if you just go and get it yourself, and analyse it.  You might only require some practice...

Usuallly, the market gets excited about an upcoming news and the major brokers and what we call "the market manipulators" will start playing with the stock price as well.  Volume goes ballistic and it's an upward or downard curve, so they buy and drive the stock higher than expected, or they dump and short it.  That is another sure sign of insider information that you can notice before some important event.  CUU has been dead flat for weeks now.

So, I will let you guess what CUU stands for tonight on the eve of its AGM...

Sweet dreams, MoneyK, let's all hope for the best tomorrow!
