Lynn’s Appointment

Lynn’s AppointmentCongratulation to Lynn on her new title.  Lynn has been around the company almost as long as I have been a shareholder and I respect her dedication and commitment to the company.  With this new title they make it sound as though she has been given some new responsibilities although I expect she has already been looking after the ESG portfolio for quite some time.

Looking at her appointment objectively one might suppose that it is the companiy's way of rewarding her for her long service and recognition of her dedication because these sorts of titled senior management positions normally come with employment agreements that include benefits offered to the employee in the event of a change of control So, my take away is that this announcement may be a tell about corporate plans in the not too distant future.

best regards
