No not really; I'm not saying that there wont be a delay just that I'm not too worried about it. Once they have FDA approval I assume they will take a risk based approach to it; its non-invasive, very low risk and all the results so far have been positive. So unless there is a legal / regulatory reason why they shouldn't start to sell the device until the 'estimated' end of the trial, then why wouldn't they?
