How on earth can you have been screwed you cant have made a loss yet because you can't trade your shares so there's nothing to sue for. As for CVR intentionally manipulating the stock; only a shorter would even attempt to sell that point of view - IF they are intentionally not filing then its to prevent exactly what you are falsely accusing them of; they are preventing Shorters from manipulating the stock and the fact that we are waiting for a binary event, FDA approval and that until that happens there is unlikely to be any news and therefore a perfect opportunity to go short.
