It is quite possible at this point in time though that the FDA submission is mostly dependent on the additional safety testing by TUV . .from memory when they were last involved it seemed to take ages. I'm also not clear on whether the exisrting submission stands or whether we have to submit anew incurring a repeat of the 130 day approval time?
