Thanks for the note, I do not have all of hte answers.  I am troubled that the stock is still halted.  When reviewing my notes, Global was charged with all things Clinical, IP, Regulatory and Manufacturing.  Does anyone know what type of expertise they have?  We were all told they had talented folks who had proven resumes.  We were all told they had hired the best contractors, consultants and experts.  So i still find it hard to believe that given all that we are in the position we are in today.  Stuff happens, I get that, but to the extent that we have all witnessed the repeated delays to submission to find the company withdrawing and having to resubmit i will leave that question to all stakeholders as to whether or not change is required or to what extent CVR Medical continues to rely upon Global or the possible roles for Peter & Co.  

Has anyone heard of plans for capital, trading resumption paths forward?  WIthout knowing what is being contemplated, it is hard to guage what is best for the project.  My opinion for what it is worth, losing all that talent has set the company back regardless of how it is being spun.  The clock is ticking and what do we hear........crickets
