At the very least we should expect Lynch to remove himself from the Leadership Group of Global (and their website), and sell his shares in global, (and not to Bakema) Regardless of his professional suitability for a role on Medical's board, he should not have been selected while he can  be accused of conflict of interest. Lets see whether we get a follow-up announcement in the next few days but I'm beginning to consider my shareholding in this 'den of snakes' as a total write-off because when the TSX understand what's happening here we wont get back onto the TSX . . . . .. like ever. I also wouldnt be surprised (or blame them) if those like Marc who have worked so hard to restructure the comany just wash their hands of it now and head off into pastures new leaving the rest of us in the hands of these corrupt f***wits.
