RE:RE:RE:RE:DAThe problem is though that according to their websiite Joe Lynch is still a member of their Leadership Team and that puts him in potentially the same position Bakema was in when he displayed a conflict of interest and opens him up to allegations of just being Bakemas b*tch on the Medical board. The shareholding may be a bit of a red herring but the cross-over of responsibilites and having a hand in each company is not acceptible and I'm sure it wont be acceptible to the TSX or regulators either.
