RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VolumeYou obviously don't read to well do you?  They haven't done the financials have they.  They have announced that they have been delayed twice.  They even announced in the same press release that in all likelihood that they would get another CTO as they would fail to file by 15 June which was yesterday to you.

So yes I think they are pretty dumb for doing that.  They have announced that $500k of the first $1m raised will go directly to Bakema.  That's utterly dumb.  So maybe try reading the company announcements first before commenting.
