RE:My Biggest Concern At the end of the day my wish is for the BOD to grow the share price, I'm not too worried about maintaining my ownership of a (minuscule) part of the company, As long as dilution and any funds raised through it are used to add value ( and therefore grow the sp ) then I'm OK with it. What I don't want to see is dilution to raise funds just to pay off some fictitious loan amounts the directors think they are owed as that adds no value whatsoever and doesn't advance us any closer to FDA approval.
