RE:RE:RE:Skin in th egame.... and, in fairness, I understand Lynch is keeping this thing afloat by paying a variety of bills so as to buy time to put a plan together. 
Thing is ...... there are too many historical payables on the book to make this investable. There is no way half of a new investment can go to old failures..... period. (Plus, at our current market cap we just can’t raise anything like enough cash to even start). 
If payables can be negotiated the next problem is that there has to be an agreement between Global and Medical that leaves Medical with an unencumbered path to market. 
Then there is the question of leadership. 
....... BUT..... I still believe that the term sheet, as signed by Peter Bakema, provides a good basis from which to move forward, AND, I believe that were that term sheet to be adopted now and Medical have a path to market then the share price would quickly return to
C$0.30 and beyond and that if that were allowed to happen we all have a different ball game.
