These people are THUGS of the WORSE kind! ...they've proven it over and over again, and are doing so again. Giving them yet another chance is giving them another bullet because they did not manage to kill us with the first four or five we have been giving them - luckily the market has some basic rules that are somewhat still in our favor - this next vote will be the last one.
They are just aiming at keeping total control once again while trying to please the TSX, nothing less. They're trying to change four quarters for a dollar and play around the rules to change appearances, but it's just a sham. They will also dilute the hell out of us down the line any which way if they succeed or not. They do not have what it takes to make this successful either, they're clowns ...not businessmen(woman)! They've NEVER had everyone's interest in mind but their own - while being COMPLETELY blinded by (beyond sick!!!) greed... Just look at all the stealing that has already been taking place.
Their back is already against the wall. For what I have left, I'd rather risk losing it all ...but on the other hand, once they're totally without options, this leaves the door open for someone to come in and negotiate an advantageous deal ...hopefully the restructuring group which I would hope are still keeping an eye on this.
Remember, Hack worked pretty much for free and even putting some serious dollars of his own money (and SO MUCH MORE!...) all the while he certainly did not need to do it! I'm sure he's doing just fine financially and could certainly do other things with his time as a retiree. He would even reply in a timely manner to every single message I've ever sent him! (has anyone here ever gotten any kind of response from Bakema? ...exactly...) Even though everyone is always in for a dollar, they seemed like they could be trusted to be working in the general interest of the CSS and everyone along the way ...not to mention having the acumen to lead this endeavour in its righteous place!
Remember the deal they were proposing and which we voted for with high hopes was thwarted by the thugs themselves.
In short, I would trust just about anyone but those thugs ...they're NOT trying to represent ANY of us! ...their goal is to rip everyone off that much more, nothing less. Even if they pass this, they will dilute us out of the whole thing. With their deep dark history, they will never have the credentials to leverage funding or bring some smart people back into this - THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THIS!
How many times would you accept that your spouse cheats on you and still believe in them? ...exactly.... At this point, all the right people were smart and left for the sidelines and we're left with the worst of the worse...
Unless I'm proven different by a more in-depth and detailed analysis, I will vote AGAINST this!!...
