CVR Med Restructuring Agreement

All - So CVR issued press release today regarding the new restructuring agreement they are proposing.  WOW is all I can say. So it's subject to the Exchanges approval and then the shareholders.

So Global will own 50% of Medical and with the relationships between Globals and Medical's directors Golbal will still effectively run the show!!!  This doesn't appear to be a good deal for Medical shareholders bwtfdik, at least the silence is broken

Why does this not surprise me!?...  Not sure where they've been working!?...  Seems to me like such a bad faith lopsided deal proposal would take less than 30 seconds to elaborate (not 6 months or more!) "Hey, let's give the impression that something is happening while we actually grab more slices of the pie since everyone is asleep!  Plus, we'll still control all ...more

Totally agree, the valuation for Global is nothing short of ridiculous.  I'll be amazed if they can move this forward an inch as it's unfundable.

Any deal is better than no deal as long as we move forward. As I read it the 26 million or so shares held in escrow for Global will be distributed to shareholders. Better than a kick in the teeth. If my reading is incorrect feel free to correct me. At least they have been working!

I'm not sure there is any perfect answer or scenario but at least we seem to be moving forward.

This is how I read the news, bearing in mind that my understanding of the technicalities around related party transactions etc is almost non-existent. There are some good points and some bad points. On the positive side : Everything realted to the CSS, its IP and future potential is transferred to Medical. Any vote on the restructuring excludes shares already held by Global, its affiliates and ...more

I don't care if Global has a billion shares if the stock doesn't go up we all make zero. It is good that Medical will own control so it will be put up or shut up. As it sits we all make zero. It's time to get this moving!!

"Following the issuance, Global and/or the Global Shareholders will own 91,650,000 common shares of the Company, representing  50% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company, on an undiluted basis." what does "undiluted basis" mean seems like diluting to me, but I'm probably missing something.

I will vote AGAINST this!... These people are THUGS of the WORSE kind! ...they've proven it over and over again, and are doing so again.  Giving them yet another chance is giving them another bullet because they did not manage to kill us with the first four or five we have been giving them - luckily the market has some basic rules that are somewhat still in our favor - this next vote ...more

BTW, I'm not sure how the news get disseminated through the various outlets, but they've been known not to be forthcoming with their news, especially when it serves them.  If it were not for the dilligence of many here, Olemule in this case, it appears they were trying to let this one slide under the radar. I have trading accounts in Canada and the US with some of the big trading ...more
