My understanding is that they have to make a PR on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) for all material developments of substance of interest to the shareholders, but then they can choose if they want to bring attention to it or not through the other media outlets.  Typically, it's been my observation that when they don't want us (shareholders) to notice something they don't work too hard to disseminate the information beyond the mandated Sedar documentation. 

I just checked and the last post is the one we already know about on Dec 15th.

If you want to keep track of any material changes, one would need to check on Sedar daily.
