I'm struggling to understand it; probably not helped by the fact that I'm UK based - the last Cease Trade Order on 6th September was revoked the next day as per this link

but how this relates to a Halt Order I'm not sure - I'm guessing that becasue I can no longer find the company's ticker on TSX.Com, that a Halt Order is more permanent and means that the Regulators are waiting on some specific piece of news from the company before deciding whether they can be re-listed and that this as stated by OldTimer is probably due to Bakema pulling the strings and trying to make CVR Medical insovent so he can walk away with all the assets and none of the debts or regulatory obligations.
