I personally think it's egregious, self serving and defies logic as to how they think this is fundable ..... more thoughts later

They clearly haven't had any luck in duping an individual investor(s) into parting with their cash so that they can give it to Bakema so the only action open to them is to issue millions of shares at a massive discount. . . . . they will be lucky to get takers at $0.010 . . . imagine how many millions they will have to offer at that price!!

A couple of initial thoughts..... There are fundable deals and there are fair deals; this is neither.  I don’t see the point in seeking shareholder approval for something that is theoretical and may not be achievable so unless there is serious capital behind the scenes I can’t see how this can work.  Lets watch this space.

If they keep it hush like they have, they have a chance that there would not be enough people on the vote against it should the TSX accept the proposed plan.  I can't remember the percentage of shares Global and its "people" reprensent, but I think it was a fair bit and it took all we had to get the last vote through ...despite the shenanigans to go around it after the vote

We have to remember though that Globals shares are not entitled to be voted in any upcoming votes.
