Read this am the Exchange completed review of the Restructuring Agreement proposed by Blunden and Global. It is subject to the majority of the minority shareholders amongst other things. So now it falls in the shareholders hands

Will need some rock solid assurances that the outcome of any vote will be accepted . . . . this gaggle of conmen (not sure what the collective noun is for conmen) have already proved perfectly willing to ignore any vote that doesn't go their way.

I was surprised to see a press release for CVR in my stock account news feed. Someone actually paid for a PR via wire services and not the typical upload to SEDAR.
