I just spent an hour on the phone talking to Peter. Do you all realize that Mark Labo owns no shares. Peter went into all the issues and deals.  I have to agree with him. Mark is trying to get control of the IP for a song and dance. The rest of you think that Peter is the bad guy in this. I did too. After talking to him have completely reversed my opinion. This group led by Mark is basically a group of wealthy corporate raiders trying to steal the technology. The only way for this to work is to back Peter. He was willing to talk to me, a complete unknown, for an hour.  He was very upset, and I can see why. He is precluded by law from answering people accusations in public. But he was willing to talk to me for an hour. Imagine that. If he were so stupid and trying to cheat all of us why would he do that. In fact, you all can call him yourself and he will talk to you. I had several questions that I forgot to ask. Where did all the money from the investors go? Now much of it went to Global and for what? Why was there no money left for tests when the FDA ask for them? I understand that things are a lot more complex than I can understand but when it comes down to it the only way this is ever going to work is if everyone in company agrees to make a few sacrifices

He told me that he supported rejecting Lubow's proposal because he believed that Lubow was representing a group of people who just wanted to get control of the IP and get control of the company to do that.. The word out there is that the recent offered proposal was rejected at the last minute by Peter. He rejected it. That is why I contacted him. To see why. There were two issues. The first was that wanted them to release shares that were in escrow. The second was that they want to cut his salary by 75%. Considering all the mistakes he made he probably should hav e his salary.
