BCSC

I would not hold my breath with the BCSC, remember, it was them that identified the lack of appropriate governance. In other words they questioned Peter's capacity to manage and his integrity.

the resignation of Rhodes etc all signals that the Peter cocept is intact, enrich ourselves at everyone else's expense. No doubt Rhodes tenure was fraught with battles with Peter in an attempt to reign in him and his enablers. It must have been quite the battle, the facts would make quite a read but no doubt there is a non discloser clause.

Anyone have any idea where these fools go from here. They attempt to do everything "in club" for total control but that has proven to be not workable. It will be hard to find another CEO willing to save this sinking ship.

Looney, surely they cannot be that stupid, to think they can cobble together a saleable proposition to a prospective investor. We had at least a chance with the previous board and Rhodes who had integrity and decent reputations. This crowd has zero credibility but thinks they can still fool some of the people all of the time. This all happening due to their greed with no letup in that respect ...more

You said it OT, they need a fool, someone with more cash than sense who'd be prepared to invest without completing any due diligence and wihtout taking any level of professional financial advice. Bakema is living in cloud cookoo land and he'll die thinking 'if only . . . . . . . . '

Looks like a few rats are leaving the ship today. Who are the fools that are buying?
