Technology was done on a prototype in around 2008.  WTF is taking sooooo long????? How much more studies and engineering needs to be done before build or just a "signed" deal???
Todays trades were rediculious.  Seems to be the same senerio as last regime.  Please just get it done already and go onto phase two.

if it was only CWV footing the bills, maybe that might be right. But when CNQ is spending millions for the detailing of a plant etc, then one has to think/believe that they arent doing it for the benefit of CVW shareholders but rather to make a solid effort to get onside w thier ESG etc issues

Ultimately, I believe those 2 goals are complementary. Patience above all things ( spoken through gritted teeth).
