Kitchener/Waterloo

Kitchener/WaterlooWas there (KW) yesterday to visit a friend.  I noticed on one of the main roads going north and south (homer Watson) I think.  They got rid of all the stop lights and have changed the intersections into round abouts.  Very common in the UK.  My thoughts are that these people in my area say it's to much work to put in the sub base. My question is '"Why can't they do that while putting in the round abouts?"  And where is a lot of the research for cellular concrete as a sub base done?   T TRY HE UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO.  A Sergio Arirenoff is the guy doing it.  Sorry about the name spelling, I can't google as I am on stockhouse.  The St. Agatha study by Lafarge, u of Waterloo and cvx is 5 minutes from Waterloo.  Just think of one of these municipalities incorporated cellular concrete into infrastructure plans in the future.  Several other municipalities would most likely join in.  Then $650 million bidding pipeline would become $650 billion bidding pipeline.  That's a few years away, but, if they hook on to one municipality using it, it will be crazy.  The Carolina's are using it for their bridge system. And I believe these present contracts are only the beginning.  And the people I have been educating on this product are very interested and researching into it.
