RE:CEMATRIX Announces USD $4 Million Strategic Investment Glavel inc a.private company!! The so far the good news is they use reclaimed glass which in my opinion could be practically free and help the bottom line tremendously CVX according to this NR will own up to 45% of the company down the road. So it's as good as acquisition. I am still reading its a long news release
