Someone or somethingThis is being held down. It's very obvious. My question could it be a Lafarge or infrastructure company trying to get a significant position for down the road? Whatever the reason or purpose of holding this down, if it is let free out of jail, this could fly to the sky very quickly. So, why wouldn't investors take a position under 30 cents or less and put in a safe for a few years?
