They change the offering date to the 18th but what I'm interested in is this. "The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund future acquisitions, new equipment and personnel to support regional expansion, and general working capital including repayment of debt."

Everyone realizes that when you get a stock oversold it means there's a lot of interest from investers wanting to get on board and the companies that are taking the alotment have a lot of confidence in the company. Now you go lay down in your doggy bed with your doggy bone. lol

love this company  bought last year at.35$ sold at .78$. after poorly executed offering. right after new contract , stock was soaring!!! talk about momentum killer. will buy back in later with all that dilution it will be a while. maybe even cheaper than today. but stock will get definetely get going just go to take longer than all you cheerleaders think.
