Hard to wrap ones head around these share prices, except that WACC or and equity raise will both be deadly. And why not get a risk free 4 % risk free return if you can park your money. Without capital IMO alot of tiny cal tech or innovation companies will go bust. Roads and bridges need to be built so CVX will survive.
