Should be the next signal that CVX is turning the corner and an indicator for small caps in general

Small caps are totally being ignored in this environment.  No matter how good the news is. It's like they don't exist.  According to a few investment advisor friends, individuals in the 25-40 year old range are avoiding the markets at all costs.  They have had several clients in that age group liquidate all their holdings.
