It is not unusual to.see the s.p come.down as we get closer to Q4 NR which we think will be good and company said will be better than what they expected. So all I can say is BUY and dont worry about buying half a penny or a penny higher because by year end and next year especially the s.p will be 4x higher AT LEAST. The company's P/S currently sits at 1.1X while.industry trades close to P/S 4X

I know CIBC is a net seller.  All I am trying to get at is that someone using the CIBC plateform is doing a last second buy or sell.  Initially it was selling over the past year.  Now just this past week they have being doing a buying transaction.  Nothing more, nothing less.
