FED Reserve and BOC Governor are Mental Sick.

Both the Fed and BOC Gov are totally out of touch, they are destroying the economy , China want to bring interest Rate to negative, why the hell behave smarter than both of them, if both bring rate to 2%  the market would respond positive and CVX would be blasting to moon and beyond.
