CWV Trading Halt?

CWV Trading Halt?So, there has been a trading halt on Crown Point Energy Inc. (T.CWV) now for 3 days. Anyone know what's going on? I can only speculate. Perhaps Argentina's new government wants to restructure the contracts of foreign companies doing business there? I think their financials are pretty solid so I don't think it can be insolvency? Perhaps a merger or buyout? Can't find any news anywhere to offer any clues. GLTA!
