Interesting I have been out of Cymat for some time now, but like to check this board once in awhile. I was interested in the post regarding the flooring, and it caused me to do some quick Googling with regards to aluminium foam. I didn't realize there were some many places where it can be purchased. The link below is one example, and I would hazard a guess that the foam they sell comes from Cymat. In the summary area they refer to ceramics as part of the process, and some of the pictures used are from the Alusion site. The article stated Cymat has their own version of the flooring, but I couldn't find a flooring on the Alusion site similar to the glazed version in the blog. Possibly they haven't updated their website.
