I (very respectfully, Earl) disagree. My experience with penny's is that any new money is going to want as many shares as possible. The share price will be kept low, so the new $100K buys 2.5m shares at .04 vs. 2m shares at .05. If Roger needs money, there will be a financing announced before any news. The good Ol' Boy network in action. (I'll be happy to be wrong...)
