RE:RE:RE:RE:Roger Forde's FailureYou are very naive if you think that all "insider trades" are actually reported to SEDI. There are a great deal of trades through 3rd party entities controlled by those with inside knowledge, or even just individuals with access to material non-public information. The trades reported on SEDI are only those absolulely required by securities legislation. 

Ever notice how lots of companies' stock spikes right before news... sure isn't registered insiders making those trades.
