1. Calyx will not take title to any product, therefore they are not "selling" anything;
2. They are acting as an agent, much like a real estate agent, and simply bringing buyers and sellers toghether. A RE agent doesn't take title to the peoprty at any time. Neither will Calyx/Leafhub.

Hope you had a good weekend with your rants, although I have to admit, they did go from tiresome to comical half way through.
