The reason for the present CTO is that there were annual financials due on April 30th. / 2019 for the 2018 year and they are nowhere to be found . Northerncents this is a far shot that little bohemian would cause CYX demise . Really ?? Really ?? How is it that I am a coward Jose Forte ?? And yes Northerncents you are likely right about no money in the casa to file and LandyJ has another viable suggestion about finding an auditor to sign off on financials feeling confident to do so . If you want to continue to blame me for the absolute debacle of CYX thats fine .I have been posting here so that potential buyers are aware of all the issues . WHY HAS NONE OF YOU EVEN MADE THE EFFORT TO CALL R. FORDE ?? I am not here to tell you I told you so . I have held this stock for SEVEN years before I bailed out . STILL CAN'T FIND A PIC OF ROGER FORDE .
