On the Calyx website at the very bottom of the website they have listed "CALYX PRESENTATION" which is a step forward.  When you try and click on it a "Coming Soon" balloon appears.  So it appears they are on the cusp of putting a presentation out into the public eye at least. 

Seems like a lot of pieces are being moved into place.  Surprised their leafnet.ca and new automoto website is up and available but no contract news or NR.  Hopefully that is the next shoe to drop. 

If they just have these nice new shiny platforms ready to go but no contracts or users then this play is going to be in trouble.  Just because you have a premium offering doesn't always mean it will come out on top - history is littered with better technology losing out to more "poplular" tech for various reasons better marketing/connections, etc.

You make some good points.  For BeefNet, there was already a version 1 and so I would assume that there are market participants aware and using the product.  If this is going to become the defacto standard for meat (at least in BC) then there will be plenty of exposure and news releases for Roger to brag about.
