RTO = only way out
At this point Roger has driven this play so hard into the ditch the only way is to start fresh with a reverse take over. Let a mushroom or psychedelic startup take over this shell of a company.
Roger should be banned from running a company ever again - the promise CYX had was completely flushed down the toilet by every move Roger made. And the arrogance he had while doing it by not communicating or following thru on committments is astonishing.
Fingers crossed RTO or bust at this point! and again....F U Roger.
