If they actually could, they would have already started on this a long time ago. Either with medical marijuana or in preparation for recreational legalization.

An offhand comment without evidence of being the very best is not something I would take seriously as reason to invest, especially from Fabrice Taylor.

With marijuana soon on sale and WEED a $10 billion company with the backing of an American multinational CZO could move with greater confidence with investment. It has many legal high potential options and now marijuana is increasingly de-risked and being legitimated.
