They'll need to review which city the plant would be located in (based on incentives) and once a plant is chosen, they'll have a better idea as to the costs involved to get the facilities infrastructure up to GMP standards and production ready.
If commercial production (should a deal be made) at the Edmonton plant is not adequate to generate adequate cash flow, they may need to hit the public markets or perhaps just a bank loan for funding. Hopefully if an equity raise is needed they would get their story out there, perhaps HCW will help with an IR strategy and become an underwriter. CZO still wants to hit NASDAQ.
