RE:Failure on an epic levelWe had our chance to get him out of the BOD and unfortuantely that did not happen. In a few months we will ONCE again have the opportunity to get rid of him AND any board members. At the moment we are trying to communitcate with the BOD and are not getting anywhere. Shame on them for looking after the shareholders interest. If we do not hear from them WE NEED TO collectively all vote to replace them with a BOD that will take the time to listen and meet with us. So we have a few months to garner as many votes as possible. The "SOLID" base business is not that solid and lack of any thought as to expanding the client base went no where...failure after failure....not to mention how much stock did our CEO buy????? ZERO !!!!! Such pathetic performance deserves a boot.....notice that Proph stopped posting....he probably saw what was coming and told Gilles there is no way he could swing this postively....
So lets start collectievely getting our shares together and voting the Gilles even the BOD out if they did not start talking to us.
