lack of interest

Like many stocks, a NR brings awareness of the comany to new investors and keeps current shareholders up to date on the progress of the company.  All of which should generate buying interest.

But what about those who are involved with the company,  such as CZO employees and insiders, what about those doing research (BG pill at MHI, Covid therapeutic at McMaster) using CZO's tech, don't they invest / speak of CZO and get the story out to other investors?  With all the potential the company has and being so close to the commerialization of products, why does it remain a hidden gem? Peter Lynch has stated before, look around at what you see in front of you for investing opportunities.
