The bell rang this morning, so someone hits the bid to sell 1,000 shares or $660 worth of shares. Odd trading.

At this point everyone's waiting on earnings. Seems some wanted out or minimized their position incase CZO shows no update on deals, etc.

Hoping it's just those recent shareholders who go in for the COVID play that are selling, and not longer term shareholders who are still waiting to be rewarded :-)

proph, You have stated this many times but you never seem to want to state that given that things are very progressive, insiders have not purchased any stock other than those shares given to them at a discount.   Gilles bought some stock in the open market last January but not enough to comment on.  The bigger issue is that the so-called COB, Rourke sold 170k shares at $2 in 2016 ...more

Oats, I've always found that puzzling.  No substantial buys in the public markets from any insiders over the past 6 years.  More puzzling this year due to the exaggerated sell off earlier in the year, coupled with what many here believe should be the announcement of a PGX deal by year end.

Apologies Oats, but from your long and extensive experience of this company and the other information you have shared with us over the years. I would say that by now you should know why insiders have not bought any shares in the last years...

"Many are near retirement and don't have another 5-10 years to make up for loses. They are also attempting something that has never been done before. There is no guarentee things will work out for this company and expecting them to act financially like it is a guarentee is not realistic. This company is still many months from commercial launch of PGX, etc., and it is subject to risks and ...more

I won't aruge all your points. How can Ceapro expect investors to buy into the story if insiders don't buy into in the story.  A sure sign is buying shares in the public markets. There are at least 2 insiders that are at a min. 10 years from retirement. I'm not asking insiders to put 1/2 of their portfolio into buying shares in the public markets so you shouldnt ask me either ...more

proph, Really? "Why not put half your portfolio in CZO given your judgement of the business as de-risked and that you compare the risk of inflation as higher and think the BG pill has a very good chance with PGX also lined up? The insiders already have large positions and options. There is more than one stock to invest in. Many are close to retirement and you don't want to mess your ...more
