I still can't figure out how they can use the term BetAvena when it appears to be a registered tradename by Granotec. https://www.granotec.com/betavena

The use of BetAvena's name is in the clinical study registrar so what is stopping Ceapro from publicly stating this joint venture is with Granotec (unless Granotec doesn't want it announced?).

Is Granotec known as one of the Danone's of the world?

No, Granotec is only a food ingredient supplier. The Danone's and Pepsi's of the world sell final products which have brand name recognition for the average consumer.

BetAvena was there since the beginning. They updated that they aren't recruiting anymore. Would be cool if they have someone like Corbion lined up as a partner, however tradenames can be local to only certain markets and product types. Interestingly, Ceapro doesn't even have BetAvena trademarked in Canada.
