Time for growth

Could 2nd quarter (June 2022) revenue match 1st quarter (March 2022)? If so, profit grows with revenue growth! Stock price easily over $1.00 based on the release of 2nd quarter financials in the next few weeks. Upon release of year-end audited financials can we see a $5 stock price?

I also see a nice premium in the stock price, if Ceapro were to be taken over in the next year. However, is a take over in the best interests of long term stock holders? Ceapro’s equity is $29 million vs. long-term debt of $2.6 million. Based on the recent financials; Ceapro can handle increased debt. Should Ceapro increase debt to provide the company with the capital needed to more aggressively increase revenue/earnings?

I trust the Board is discussing the options for capital! I support the Board in directing management to build a plan for aggressive growth & increased debt……..

cowards won't give forward guidance. Instead, use weasel words in MD&A: "Ceapro’s quarterly sales and results primarily fluctuate due to variations in the timing of customer orders, different product mixes, and changes in the capacity to manufacture products."

CZO is debt-free. Again CZO is debt-free. Once again, CZO is debt-free. Once again, CZO has ZERO interest-bearing debt. Facts below: https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2022/05/18/ceapro-inc-reports-record-financial-results-for-first-quarter-2022-and-provides

Their plan for growth is internally funded by current operations and cash on hand. Potential scaling up for Y-BG as an immune booster can be accomplished with only $4M of capital. Beyond 2024, if plans are to proceed wtih 40M doses of this product, that would require $40M of investment at which time they can look at financing options. As for now, no need to dilute shareholders. It's all laid ...more

Right now CZO has to scale-up the pilot facility 100X to get to the 40 million dose PGX plant. That's a MASSIVE leap and the $40 million investment to get there is a massive commitment for a company with the market cap and current revenue of CZO. The market has been difficult for raising money. The risk of technical delays and inflationary or budget overruns on a $40 million project would be ...more

Gilles has met the main demand of my shareholders to forego a capital increase. Incidentally, Gilles already spoke of a cash position of over 10 million at the penultimate presentation. Due to the extraordinarily positive business development in the first quarter, my shareholders have asked me to further increase the share position. This I have done!!! From a chart point of view, the breakout ...more

Some here on the message board have unfortunately entered at a wrong time and always only look back. This is no way to make profits on the stock market!!! I hear you fossi.  I first purchased this stock at $2.09.  It had lots of potential.  The new factory was being built and there looked to be huge expansion and, because it was an ingredient supplier to some very big names, the ...more

It's absolutely on the retail investors who can drive it up or down. No doubt there has been disappointments with the company's progress on several fronts. As it hits recent new highs, one needs to ask, is this the same company that it was a year ago and have some of the concerns hindering the potential of the company changed? A cursory look at the NR this year or watching the SCD ...more

"It's absolutely on the retail investors who can drive it up or down." It may not be retail investors moving this company's stock much longer. With successful scale-up of PGX to 50L in the next 18 months the next decision could be concerning a 40 million dose PGX plant. If CZO raises money itself or in a partnership is will likely attract institutions. There is also the ...more

That how it usually works and why retail investors should learn how to play the game.  Fund managers and institutions are not interested in a nano-cap with this base business. When the company needs to tap the capital markets to fund a major potential product, big money comes in, then  others follow usually buying in the open market. It's the institutional buying that will really ...more
