Share transfer

I'm confused as to how my Ceapro shares get transferred to Aeterna. The news release talks about a "letter of transmittal" but I did not receive one nor can I find it on Sedar. My shares were bought through  bmo Investorline. Will they just do it automatically? Thanks

The Feb. 15 Sedar filing has more information: PROCEDURES FOR THE SURRENDER OF SECURITIES AND RECEIPT OF CONSIDERATION Procedures for Shareholders Registered Shareholders If you are a Registered Shareholder, you should have received with this Circular, an Instrument of Proxy and a Letter of Transmittal. Schellaj, Like he did with the merger proxy, gagnon does not give a flying a DUCK about shareholders and their rights to get information in a timely manner. He delays to the last minute knowing that the majority of shareholders have brokers who hold their stocks. gagnon will send out to the broker at the last minute and then blame the broker for not providing the package. If your shares are held in street name (i.e. your broker) the conversion is automatic.

Prophetoffactz was kind enough to post the information about this but ........ normally what happens in the intermediary , in your case ,BMO Investorline does it automatically ( see below) if they don't contact them. "The exchange of Shares for the Consideration Shares in respect of Non-Registered Shareholders is expected to be made with such Shareholders’ Intermediary. Non-Registered ...more

A lot of us don't follow Proph, as they're a shill for CZO/AESZ, and so have them muted. That said, what you shared is helpful for others.
