It is not news when it is confined to a local newspaper with a small circulation. 

This govn't interest and the eventual classification of this as an essential mineral plus the "shovel ready" stage waiting for financing would seem to stir up some investor interest (not). This is as effective as the US senate is in  going forward.

Do something. Get a promoter who can tell this story properly.
