Sign of desperation by a sinking company
Unable to advance the project (which would give the public a reason to invest), DAN is hiring marketing consultants (at shareholders' expense) to try and suck in new shareholders. This pretty much confirms that nothing of substance is happening in terms of project development or financing. For those into shorting, this could be a promising opportunity to short the shares.
