Arianne Phosphate: Discussion

Hello everyone,

Lets get some discussions going....

Most long term investors are now at a loss unless they re-bought to fix their avg and it seems like we all didn't expect for this extra delay taking way longer then anyone thought, finding a partner.

The company often stated when a JV is finalized and when the funds will be available to build the mine, typical companies will be worth 1X annual sales.

What does that look like 3M tons X 345 USD/ 243.6M (outstanding shares)= 5.5/share CAD

What does everyone think this company should be valued at once that piece of the puzzle is met, talking right after we find a partner not nessarily when it will start to generating revenue??

It also depends on the news in terms of the potential partner and deal in terms of how it will be re-evaluted once and if that happens.

Thanks.

Unfortunately we know the land is not worth much. Glen eagle sold their land to first phosphate for three million. That said with everything going on in the battery sector, plus China stopping all exports and the actual commodity price at 345  you must ask why no buyers. I am a big supporter and know every reason to buy and hold but I can't understand why at least someone doesn't buy ...more

Thanks for your reply and your input....so you don't  think Arianne Phosphate is worth today minimum what they invested in 100M. Was about First phosphate they bought the land to for 3M, was that before they they knew the phosphate grade that site contained? Cheers

Marketplay, when you asked for "discussion", it sounds like you are asking for encouragement to keep on believing that DAN will build a mine and that shareholders will be rewarded some day.  Unfortunately, that doesn't happen for most mineral exploration companies, and money invested ends up being lost more often than not.  DAN is so far not looking like the exceptional ...more

Hello, No encouragement everyone has their opinion which is great and we are just sharing ideas and info. I understand most junior mining companies don't make it out alive and this is a risky asset to be in. Obviously  I own some shares that is why I want to see this company succeed pretty long term invester over 10 years. Iam in the green right now to give you an idea. Would it be ...more

Unfortunately treetops gets personal. No one has to win the discussion because all it is is discussion. So it is true many people have looked at the project and do not believe it is profitable. If there was no lfp battery the I agree this project would never happen. But if you look at the info ford, Tesla and VW are putout you will see they need a very specialized phosphate. One of these companies ...more

Thanks for your response . Yes, I belive this a critical time for the company to constribute to the EV market for LFPs batteries that will be highly in demand. The type of phosphate Arianne Phosphate has meets the requirments for the LFP batteries.  On a 2nd note, I sometimes am able to contact Arianne Phosphate's (President, Director). If any one has questions for him I can pass them ...more
