I'm not even that confident that a deal gets done.  I'm in post-halt at $0.36, and I probably won't be adding more even if the stock falls further.  I just see more upside than ...more

If the shareholders that sold before the halt had inside info from Day about bad news approaching.  The SEC should be looking into this.
