Yes, this is exactly what the company needs to do if they want to raise capital wihout dilution, i.e. clean up the float (which it appears they have done), let more buying come in on speculation and let the price push above $0.25 by brokerage support, and then drill more holes around what we hope is the big hole everyone has been waiting for. Then if they really have something, like a specacular hole, the price will surely go higher.

Not much float left after today with another 2 million shares of buying, this usually means buyers are informed. Let's hope the visuals are as good as the market is indicating.
