Question. Management owns 39% Thanks for all the help. From the companies web site, management owns 39%, thus highly unlikey the CEO owns it all, and certainlky doesn't own 13 Million shares like previously posted. And, since there are 30 Million shares fully diluted, assuming no warrants have been exercised (which is likely), there are 20 Million shares outstanding, and assuming management owns 39%, or about 7.8 Million shares, the leaves about 12 Million shares in the market. I find it difficult to believe that this stock has traded 23 Million shares, with little price swing, without management selling their stock.
Perhaps someone in the know could explain?
